By accessing the Airline Help 247 website, mobile application, or any other Airline Help 247 services, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. In these terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Airline Help 247” refers to Airline Help 247, and “you” or “your” refers to you, the user of our site. We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Any changes made to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting. If you disagree with any provision of these terms or any subsequent changes, or if you become dissatisfied with our site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue using our site.

Booking through Airline Help 247

If you make a booking through our website for travel products, the booking is made with the Travel Provider listed on the booking page, and our site acts only as an intermediary. Therefore, Airline Help 247 is not responsible for the booking or the Travel Product itself, as Airline Help 247 is not involved in the creation of the Travel Product, pricing, fees, or the provision of the Travel Product. If you have any issues or questions regarding your booking or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve them with the Travel Provider directly and not with us.

Travel Documents

Passengers are solely responsible for verifying all documentation requirements, including passports, visas, immunizations, and other entry and travel requirements for each destination. Passengers assume sole responsibility and release Airline Help 247 from any claims or liabilities resulting from the Passenger’s failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements. Airline Help 247 recommends that Passengers consult with the relevant local and foreign regulatory agencies for current document requirements.


Airline Help 247 accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard as forms of payment. Reservations are held until the “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If payment is not received by the Deposit Due Date, reservations will be automatically canceled. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. If you anticipate being unable to meet your payment obligation, please contact us immediately before the payment due date. Passengers hold Airline Help 247 harmless for any cancellations due to late payment or declined credit cards.

Jurisdictional Issues

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except by written agreement signed by both parties.

Cancellation Policies

If you have special needs or disabilities, you should contact your accommodation provider in advance to ensure that your specific needs can be accommodated. Airline Help 247 makes no guarantees regarding the ability of any hotel, activity provider, or facilities advertised on its website to meet the special needs of disabled customers. Airline Help 247 has no special knowledge regarding the suitability for disabled individuals of any part of a tour or activity. For information regarding the suitability for disabled individuals of any part of a tour or other reservation, please contact the provider directly. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Airline Help 247 via email at support@airlinehelp247.com. Cancellations sent to any other address will not be processed. After making the booking, the Passenger(s) accepts responsibility for all cancellation fees imposed by Airline Help 247 and the provider. Cancellations received before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day will be processed on the same day. All other cancellations will be processed on the next business day. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent via email once it has been processed.


Airline Help 247 acts solely as an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public. Airline Help 247 does not own or operate any hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel insurance companies, attractions, or other travel-related Suppliers who provide goods or services for Passenger(s) trips. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that Airline Help 247 will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to Passenger(s) or group members resulting from a breach of contract, act or omission, willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise, by any person other than Airline Help 247 or its direct employees, including but not limited to these Suppliers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives. Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary, or advertised route or itinerary under any circumstances without limitation and without notice. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that Airline Help 247 is not responsible for Supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, required overnight stays, missed connections, or any other conditions beyond its control. Airline Help 247 is not liable for any loss resulting from Passenger(s) gambling and is not responsible for any purchases made while on the trip.

Limitation of Liability

Without limitation, Passenger(s) assume the risk of, and agree that Airline Help 247 is not liable for any damages arising from or related to acts of God or public enemies, arrest, government restrictions, theft, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political change, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, weather conditions, hazards incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, illnesses, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or Supplier logistical problems, computer issues, stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks, or other waters, hazards of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at commencement of the trip, mutiny or revolt of crew, or lost/damaged/delayed baggage.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended by Airline Help 247 at any time without notice. Therefore, it is essential to consult the Terms and Conditions before making each booking to ensure you are aware of any applicable provisions or changes since your last booking. Only those who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and provided verifiable consent to be bound by them may make a booking with Airline Help 247. Without this acceptance, any reservation is subject to cancellation at any time.
