Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for your flight ticket. Please review the following refund policy to understand the conditions and procedures for obtaining a reimbursement:

  1. Non-Refundable within 24 Hours: If your flight is scheduled to depart within 24 hours, both the flight ticket fares and service fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Eligibility: If you booked your flight more than 24 hours in advance but within 10 days of requesting a cancellation or refund, the refund eligibility for the flight ticket fare alone may vary. Please note that the service fee charged for the flight ticket booking is always non-refundable.
  3. Requirements for Reimbursement: To be eligible for a refund of flight tickets, you must meet the following requirements: a) You must contact us directly via phone to apply for cancellation and refund. Email cancellations/refund requests are not permitted. b) The fare laws of the airline issuing the ticket(s) must allow for cancellations and refunds. c) You must not be considered a “no-show” for the flight. Please note that most “no-show” bookings are ineligible for waivers or refunds.
  4. Multiple Routes and Fares: If your itinerary consists of multiple routes and fares, different fare rules may apply. In such cases, the most restrictive fare rules will be applied. Please carefully review all fare terms and conditions related to the airline provider corresponding to your booking(s).
  5. Return Ticket Cancellation: If you have purchased a round-trip ticket and fail to show up for the outbound journey, the airline may cancel the return ticket as well. Please be aware of this policy.
  6. Processing Time: We are unable to provide an exact time frame for processing refunds. Both refund and cancellation claims are handled systematically. Once you have confirmed your cancellation request with our customer service representative, you will receive an email confirmation receipt. However, please note that this confirmation does not guarantee immediate eligibility for a refund. It serves as an acceptance of your submission and provides you with a tracking number.
  7. Supplier Consultation and Refund: We will consult with the supplier airlines to determine if a waiver based on airline and supplier regulations is possible. We will notify you of the supplier’s decision after we receive your request. Please keep in mind that we rely on the vendors to process the requested refunds, and it may take time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, it can take 60-90 days for the entire procedure, including acceptance by the retailer. Please note that apart from the refund penalties imposed by airlines and other providers, we may charge a post-ticketing services fee if required.
  8. Payments and Fees: Return payments, if approved by the airline or supplier regulations, are assessed per passenger and per ticket. We will only charge these payments if a refund is approved or a waiver has been issued, and if the airline/supplier regulations permit such refunds. In the event that the retailer fails to process the refund, we will refund the post-ticketing service fees for the agent-assisted refund order. However, please note that our booking fees for the initial travel reservation or booking are non-refundable.
